The entire operation of Garage Jörg AG in Weesen will be expanded, modernized and adapted to the latest requirements. Construction started in autumn 2022 and the largest Toyota centre in Switzerland was opened in the summer of 2024. With the modernization of the operation, Garage Jörg AG wants to expand its company in Weesen on the one hand, but also create new jobs. With the demolition of the old storage hall and the excavation, the first works began in autumn 2022. The addition to the existing building will increase the exhibition space to more than 2000 square meters. In addition, four additional offices will be built and, with the extension of the workshop, five new lift workstations. In the underground, a large underground garage with fifty parking spaces is realized, which should serve as a new car warehouse and car hotel for the customer.
