The elongated plot defines the shape of the house. This impresses with a clear and defined form language. The steep gable roof and the vertical wooden formwork underline the external expression. The movable slats along the terrace extend the cube optically to the south.
The interior is made interesting and lively by split levels. The visible concrete and the wooden components create a calm and harmonious sense of space.
From the outside, the structure acts inwardly. Inside, it opens completely and shows vision and size. Thanks to the high windows, the outgoing wooden ceiling and the slats, living with the terrace is perceived as a large space.
