Project description
The new residential building is located on the green south slope of Zurich-Höngg. The three-storey structure extends in east-west direction over the entire width of the plot and forms a northern road and a southern garden front: Towards the street, the building appears as a succession of individual, assembled buildings that contain the street space and in their size continue the scale of the quarter. Reset in the bays of the houses, are the entrances. Towards the south side, the building reaches into the topographically sharply sloping garden space and interlocks with it: The facade areas towards the south are enlarged and all apartments benefit from the location above the city.
